Our philosophy at Terra & Mare is to use only the freshest ingredients, carefully chosen for their excellent quality and cooked in a simple and tasty way, as typical of Italian traditions and the Mediterranean diet. We use only the best quality Italian and British ingredients, including 100% British and Irish meat, for the simple reason that it is best in the world.
